  • Monday - Thursday: 8:30 am to 5:00pm
  • Friday: 8:30am to 4:30pm

 

COVID-19 Protocols:

  • Clients will be asked to telephone the office upon arrival to parking lot and remain in their vehicle until contacted by office staff to come inside the building.
  • All in-office appointments are to be limited to 3 visitors per meeting. Other family members and/or trusted advisors are welcome to attend via teleconference or video conference.
  • Reception will implement a mandatory temperature screening and visitor log. Any guests with a temperature of 99.9 or above will be asked to reschedule their appointment.
  • If a client or anyone in their household has experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms within the last 48 hours, we request that the client reschedule any “in office” appointments.
  • Clients and staff are to use hand sanitizer before all meetings.
  • During client meetings, all staff and clients are required to wear face coverings. If needed, face coverings will be provided by our office.
  • If in the past 14 days, you or anyone accompanying you to our office, has traveled to New York State from one of the other States now requiring quarantine for a two-week period upon arrival, as mandated by Governor Cuomo, we will ask that you reschedule your in-person appointment or we are offering a videoconference or phone conference consultation as an alternative.
